DPN has helped thousands of disabled parent families through our Support Service but since funding for our highly valued service is no longer available from the usual sources, we are exploring every opportunity for donations and funding to keep our services going.
In order to keep the DPN Support Service alive we must raise £25,000 by the end of 2013. We hate to ask, but without this funding DPN we will not be able to contnue providing our Support Service.
DPN is an independent charity which is non-political and non-partisan and is not and will not become tied to any council or government body
It is with regret that Sam Marshall, our Development Director, will be leaving us on 31st May, as we have to make her redundant due to lack of funds.
We are very grateful to Sam for her commitment and hard work over the past 4 years, which has seen us through difficult and challenging times, and we wish her all the very best for the future.
Sam’s departure will impact our services but we will do our best to continue providing a support service with our team of dedicated volunteers.
In order to continue supporting disabled parent families we urgently need your support.
If you would like to help us by volunteering, gifting your time and skills or by making a donation we would very much like to hear from you. Please contact us either by telephone on 0300 3300 639 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Even organisations run partly or solely by volunteers incur running costs which is why sadly, so many organisations are closing.
